Sonitor Technologies Expands Board and Executive Leadership Team

Stamford, CT (March 12, 2014) - Sonitor Technologies, a leader in Real-Time Locating Systems (RTLS), today announced that is has expanded its board and executive leadership team to help guide the company's strategy and future growth plans.

The Sonitor U.S. Board will now include James M. Cotter J.D. He is a leading mergers and acquisitions expert who co-founded the investment management firm Breeden Capital Management. Cotter also served as vice chairman and partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, an international law firm headquartered in New York, where his practice focused primarily on merger and acquisition advisory work. He served as a director of Zale Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Cotter previously served as president of the New York Law Institute. He received his A.B. degree from Fairfield University and his law degree from the University of Virginia.

Nick Snow is joining Sonitor as Group CFO. He began his career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen where he worked for 22 years, and was an audit partner for 10 years. In 1990 Snow left the firm to pursue a career working with emerging companies as a CFO and strategist. He has since worked with a number of companies in various industries including medical devices and an apparel company (Vineyard Vines) where he helped engineer the operations and ERP systems, and procedures to take the company from $3.5 million to over $110 million over a nine-year period. Snow earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Wharton.

Terje "Terry" Aasen is rejoining Sonitor as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Corporate Partnerships. Aasen has held executive positions in operations, sales, marketing and business development in global healthcare, security and IT related technology for companies including Laerdal Medical, VingCard/Assa Abloy and Siemens. He first joined Sonitor Technologies in 2005 to initiate the company's business in North America. While the North American subsidiary's first CEO, Aasen established important partner relationships and customer accounts.
