How It Works
SonitorONE Infrastructure uses multiple complementary technologies to ensure precise location and event tracking:
ultraBeacon™
Emits and receives ULE and BLE signals to locate RTLS tags, badges, and mobile phones with sub-room accuracy. Enables nurse call automation, staff duress alerts, and hand hygiene validation.
Gateways
Emits and receives BLE signals, extending coverage to hallways and open areas. Provides the network backhaul for a SonitorONE implementation.
Basic BLE Beacons
Provide cost-effective BLE coverage for low-acuity rooms, storage, and ancillary spaces.
Mobile Devices as Virtual Gateways
Mobile phones running SonitorONE apps act as tags and share GPS location with nearby badges for outdoor or out-of-range tracking.
